朝鮮海外同胞援護委員会は、朝鮮とのいわゆる「条件のない対話」をうんぬんしていた日本がまたもや、総聯（朝鮮総聯）と在日同胞に対する弾圧・抹殺策動に狂奔していることで１９日、それを糾弾する声明を発表した。

The Committee for Aiding Overseas Compatriots of the DPRK issued a statement on Monday to denounce Japan which is dead set again on the policy of oppressing and obliterating the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and Koreans in Japan though it had called for "dialogue with the DPRK without precondition".

朝鲜援助海外侨胞委员会１９日就议论同朝鲜进行什么“无条件对话”的日本再次热衷于镇压和抹杀朝总联和旅日同胞一事，发表声明对之予以谴责。

En su declaración publicada el día 19, el Comité Coreano de Ayuda a los Compatriotas en Ultramar rechazó nueva campaña de represión de Japón, que hablaba del "diálogo incondicional" con la RPDC, contra Chongryon (la Asociación General de Coreanos Residentes en Japón) y la comunidad coreana en ese país.
