Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, guided a falling drill of the snipers' units of the Air and Antiaircraft Force of the Korean People's Army.

He was accompanied by senior officials of the Central Committee of the WPK.

The falling drill was staged in the way of game, which was aimed at judging if the snipers in every combat group had a correct actual fighting capacity to be transferred to an action for assault after infiltrating into a strange zone from high altitude and dropping to correct points.

The drill was attended by combatants of the snipers' brigade directly under the Air and Antiaircraft Force and the combat action of the snipers was directly commanded by the brigade commanders and political commissars.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un received a report on the plan of the drill in observation post before guiding the drill.

He expressed great satisfaction, saying:

The snipers are really good at falling. On the sudden combat order, the brigade commanders and political commissars are conducting skilful combat movements in the strange zone, directly leading the combatants. It is worthy of seeing. They are courageous and reliable real combatants.

Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

It is necessary to train and judge in various severe adverse circumstances like actual fighting all of a sudden without depending only on rules and frames so that it can be an occasion of actually improving the ability of war preparedness of the People's Army units and inspecting and tempering them.

In case of contingency battlefields do not exist only in such a space and environment as the training ground. We should organize and guide the training substantially with main stress on preparing the combatants to fully perform their combat mission anytime and in any circumstances.

In order to train the People's Army into an ever-victorious army it is necessary to keep holding high the banner of bringing about a revolutionary change in training and launch practical and fresh actual manoeuvres intensively in the environment of war while creating a number of unexpected situations frequently.

Comrade Kim Jong Un had a picture taken with the combatants in the drill, expressing the belief that the service personnel of the People's Army would continue to concentrate great efforts on combat preparedness and strengthening of fighting efficiency and thus firmly guarantee the revolutionary cause of Juche with arms.
