On November 4, members of the Busan People’s Federation, People’s Party, Busan Party, and other political and social groups held a demonstration under the slogan “We Strengthen the Fight Against the US Armed Forces” in front of four US military facilities in Busan. Citizens, condemning the allocation of a huge amount of money to test bacteriological weapons that could kill Busan residents, called for a struggle for the rights of all sectors of society. The US military, frightened by the demonstrators, hurriedly closed the main gate.
