Choe Son Hui, First Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, gave a statement to media on November 5.

The statement reads:

The expression of use of arms against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which was mentioned again during the NATO Summit a few days ago is giving rise to an internationally big wavelength and great concern.

What made us unpleasant all the more is that figuration was used roughly without courtesy to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

It makes greater the hatred of the Korean people for the United States and the Americans.

As was already reported, the Korean People's Army expressed its rage toward it immediately.

Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also displeased by the utterance made by President Trump unsuitably at the acutest time.

Of course, it will be fortunate if his utterance of use of arms and figuration were impromptu mistakes. But if his speech is a planned provocation intentionally aiming at us, the character of the issue will be changed.

It will be a very dangerous challenge if he intentionally uses again those expressions reminiscent of the arguments passed across the ocean two years ago.

We will watch if the expressions of use of arms and figuration are mentioned again.

If such expressions are used again and it is reconfirmed that they were a calculated provocation of the United States against us, we will also start to utter wild words against the United States.

If he uses utterances and expressions increasing the atmosphere of confrontation intentionally again at such the crucial moment as now, it should be diagnosed that dotage of the silly old man starts again.

Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, has not used any bad expressions toward President Trump as yet.
