Comrade Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, member of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, inspected the Tokchon Area Coal-Mining Complex.

He gave a pep talk to coal miners tunneling in the face 7 of the Jenam Coal Mine and called for ensuring a full capacity operation of rock-drills, compressors and other equipment and proactively introducing the effective technical innovations for the timely mucking.

There took place a consultative meeting on the spot.

The meeting discussed the issues of further improving the planning as required by the developing situation, building its own reliable repair and maintenance base and making the relevant units take thorough measures to provide materials necessary for the coal production.
