DPRK wrestlers proved successful in the 2019 Asia Junior Wrestling Championship.

The championship, held in Thailand from July 9 to 14, brought together more than 350 men and women wrestlers from 18 countries and region, including the DPRK, China and India.

Yun Hyon Ju came first in the female 55kg category.

Won Myong Gyong and Kim Song Ok finished third in the female 50kg and 53kg categories respectively.

They returned home on Tuesday.
