On May 20, Vitaly Lebedev, Military Expert of the Scientific Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG), spoke at the PMC Wagner Center at a lecture "Ways to accelerate the pace of armament of the country: experience and opportunities."

The following reports were presented:

1. Modern war economy and its planning: how to quickly prepare for a full-scale war, even if it has already begun. (Dmitry Verkhoturov)
2. A review of the armament of friendly states in order to further improve the equipment of the assault squads of the Wagner PMC. (Vitaly Lebedev, Vladimir Khrustalev)
3. Conducting the development of military products by the scientific group of the Russian State University. A. N. Kosygin. Existing experience, prospects, work plan. (Vasily Veshnev)

A discussion took place during which the participants discussed a number of issues. Then the speakers toured the museum of captured weapons.
