The United Confederation of Koreans in Russia held an event at its building on February 12 to mark the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star).

The event was attended by Andrey Shin, Executive Secretary of International Union "BOMMINRYONG", member of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.
