There took place a joint online seminar in Belarus on October 9 on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

Attending the seminar were figures and members of Belarusian political parties and social organizations.

The chairman of the Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea said that the WPK has successfully played the leading role in building an independent new world while demonstrating the dignity and might of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Party far and wide.

He added that the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il is being carried forward by Comrade Kim Jong Un without an inch of deflection.

The chairman of the Permanent Standing Committee of the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il said that the WPK has set it as its supreme programme to model the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and dynamically pushed ahead with the revolution and construction.

He stressed that Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the great idea of world-historic significance, is the most scientific and original revolutionary theory in the current era and the WPK with the immortal idea as its eternal guideline is leading the socialist cause to victory despite vicious moves of the hostile forces.

Members of the Communist Workers' Party of Belarus and the Belarusian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK said:

The historic Pyongyang Declaration made public in the period when the global socialist movement went through turns and twists owing to the imperialists' moves is the beacon of hope illuminating the road ahead of the progressives. The WPK which organizes and guides all the victories of the Korean people is the fortress of the independent cause against imperialism, they added.
