Dear friends!
Recently, with great longing for the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, we spent a great national day of mourning - the day of his death. And today, with new confidence and courage, we have risen in the struggle for the realization of all-round prosperity and the development of socialist construction under the leadership of the President of the State Affairs of the DPRK Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The year 2022, filled with significant events, is already ending.
December is the final month of the year, but for the entire Korean people, this month is unusually significant.
December 30 is a solemn day, the 11th anniversary of the nomination of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to the highest post of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK.
Today, our Republic has risen to the status of a military power that no hostile force can ignore, and our people, overcoming the difficulties and difficulties they encounter, are achieving amazing miracles and innovations in the struggle for the successful advancement of socialism. It is all these amazing events that are connected with that day 11 years ago.
Thanks to the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the Juche revolutionary armed forces are continuously strengthened and developed and the great cause of socialism is successfully advancing, and our bright future is guaranteed on the path of advancing forward with his leadership. This is the firm faith that we all have kept in our hearts in the struggle for the past ten plus years.
Meeting this day, we once again feel the national happiness and glory with all our hearts that we have nominated Comrade Kim Jong Un to the highest post of the revolution.
One of the significant December days is December 24, the birthday of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, Heroine of the anti-Japanese war.
Many outstanding revolutionaries are inscribed in the history of mankind, but there is no such outstanding revolutionary as Comrade Kim Jong Suk, who personified ardent love and boundless selflessness for the Motherland and people and in her short life made valuable merits that an ordinary person cannot make for a few hundred and thousand years.
Comrade Kim Jong Suk gave her all to protect the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and support his ideas and great cause. And today her image is deeply preserved in the hearts of our people as the image of an eternal guardsman.
Many years have passed since Comrade Kim Jong Suk left us, but even today in different countries of the world her revolutionary life and merits are highly revered, and many books about her are published. This fact is a clear proof of the great power of influence that the sacred life and merits of an outstanding woman commander have.
In December of this year, we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the socialist constitution of the DPRK (December 27).
On December 27, 1972, the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung published the "Socialist Constitution of the DPRK". This is an event of great importance in the strengthening and development of our state, the political life of our people and the accomplishment of the great cause of socialism.
Thanks to the socialist constitution, powerful political weapons have been prepared to firmly defend the social structure of our state and reliably guarantee the life and happiness of our people.
Today, our people, deeply preserving in their hearts the unfading merits of the outstanding great people who established the most revolutionary and popular constitution and brilliantly improved it in accordance with the requirements of the era and the development of the revolution, are overwhelmed with determination to achieve the all-round development of socialism according to our model under the leadership of the Party.
Taking this opportunity, we wholeheartedly express our gratitude to you for your support and solidarity in the just struggle of our people at every important historical time of our revolution.
