On March 27, Kim Ho Yong, Chairman of the Korean-Russian Friendship Society, sent a telegram of condolences to Viktor Alekseevich Petrov, Chairman of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, in connection with the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.

Dear Viktor Alekseevich,

On behalf of all employees of the Korean-Russian Friendship Society and on my own behalf, I express deep condolences and sympathy in your person to the families of those killed and injured in connection with the numerous casualties as a result of a major terrorist attack in the Moscow region.

The barbaric terrorist attack, which took the lives of many people, causes strong indignation in me and all employees of the Society.

The Korean-Russian Friendship Society considers the misfortune and grief of the friendly Russian people to be its pain and sincerely wishes to overcome the consequences of the terrorist attack as quickly as possible.

I take this opportunity to express my strong support and solidarity for the just cause of the Russian people to protect security and strengthen socio-political stability.
