April 15, the President of the DPRK International Solidarity Group, Comrade Zheng Yutong, signed Order No. 27 “On the Approval of the Declaration on the Establishment of the International Youth Friendship League (IYFL) and the Appointment of Its Leading Officials”.

The full text of the order follows.

In accordance with the Charter of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) and taking into account the need to consolidate the youth solidarity movement with the DPRK on an international scale, I hereby order:

1. To approve the Declaration on the Establishment of the International Youth Friendship League (IYFL) dated April 9, 2026.
2. To appoint Comrade Alexander Mostov as Chairman of the Central Committee of the IYFL.
3. This order shall enter into force immediately.
