A meeting of political parties and organizations of Russia took place in Moscow on June 19 to mark the 60th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Present at the meeting were personages of political parties and organizations of Russia.

On our side, the meeting was attended by Alexander Mostov (Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG), Viktor Petrov (Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, Chairman of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK) and Margarita Kuryleva (Executive Secretary) and activists of the Russian organization.

The participants laid bouquets before an art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il standing together and paid tribute to them.

They looked round the photos showing the immortal exploits President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un performed in developing the friendly relations between the DPRK and Russia, their famous works and albums introducing the DPRK.

Speeches were made at the meeting.
