On May 6, at the DPRK Embassy, ​​on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, a solemn ceremony was held to hand over the royal robe “Zarduzi” to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The ceremony was held on the initiative of Murodbek Yuldoshev, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ideological Leader of the Tajik Group of Solidarity with the DPRK. He was warmly greeted on the spot by Comrades Ri Gwan Hyuk (Secretary of the DPRK Embassy) and Alexander Mostov (Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG).

The head of our organization told Murodbek Safarbekovich about the peculiarities of handing over a gift to the leader of the country and showed him photographs from the visits of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, located next to the ceremony hall.

Shin Hong Chol, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK to Russia, warmly welcomed Murodbek Safarbekovich. He said that he was glad to see the dear guest from Tajikistan at the Embassy, ​​and led him to the ceremony site.

Comrade Mostov read telegrams for the great Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the DPRK and, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, on ​​behalf of the Communist Youth League of the Republic of Tajikistan and the DPRK International Solidarity Group.

This majestic outfit, symbolizing wealth and prosperity, was made by the best craftsmen of Tajikistan. Traditionally, such attire is given only to outstanding world leaders whose actions have earned the highest honor and respect of our people.

Conveying this gift on the eve of Day of the Sun (the 112th anniversary of the Great Leader of the Korean people Comrade Kim Il Sung), I sincerely wish you happiness and good health, and the people of Korea new achievements and victories on the path of socialist construction.

Today, your country is a beacon of hope for all progressive humanity who want to fight for peace and independence. And I am deeply convinced that without your wise leadership, the current majestic position of the people of Korea, possessing true sovereignty and the ability to defend its socialist system, would be unthinkable.

I am convinced that the gold-embroidered royal “Zarduzi” robe will perfectly suit the spirit of the era of wealth and prosperity that the Workers' Party of Korea is ushering in with scientific achievements and the new "20x10 Periphery Development Policy." There is no doubt that under your leadership, only victory and glory will await the Korean people on the path of revolution.

Murodbek Safarbekovich presented Comrade Shin Hong Chol with a majestic gift, sewn by the best craftsmen from the Pamir Mountains, and asked to convey to the Korean leader words of the greatest respect and hope for the development of Korean-Tajik relations. We are glad that your people, under the leadership of Comrade Emomali Rahmon, are making progress in ensuring political stability and the well-being of your people. And as you already know, our people, under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un, are making progress every day in implementing the decisions of our party.

Developing relations between our countries is the constant position of our Republic. I hope in the future relations and exchange of delegations with the Communist Youth Union of Tajikistan will develop. And, of course, as an Ambassador, during my work I will make every effort to develop relations between our countries and with youth organizations of Tajikistan.

Thank you very much again for preparing the gift and congratulatory letters to our Comrade Kim Jong Un. Taking this opportunity, I would like to wish you success and good health.

Also, on the part of the Republic of Tajikistan and on the part of our people, I would like to thank you, Comrade Ambassador, and dear Comrade Kim Jong Un for your assistance in developing friendship between the Korean and Tajik peoples.

I also want to say how symbolic it is that the Republic of Tajikistan and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea celebrate their independence day on the same day - September 9th. Much connects our peoples. Even in terms of cultural customs, we are close to each other: respect for elders, respect for the Motherland, respect for compatriots.

We watch the news, we always follow the news from socialist Korea and see how, under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, Korea is developing faster and faster.

Once again I would like to thank you and Comrade Ri Gwan Hyuk for such meetings. We have been cooperating for one year now, helping to develop friendly relations. We wish you good health, and the Korean people well-being and prosperity.

Comrade Shin Hong Chol thanked Murodbek Safarbekovich for his kind words and continued:

I have already visited your country to present my credentials and saw with my own eyes how your country is developing. And, of course, I met with the respected President Emomali Rahmon and we exchanged opinions on the development of relations.

Thanks a lot! If anything, I think that the nature of Tajikistan and Korea are very similar. It's always spring here, it's always beautiful. Once again we will be glad to see you in our sunny country.
