On April 10, at the initiative of Shin Andrei, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Korean War, the senior officials of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK as part of our organization were awarded the Order of the Korean War.

Below is a list of honorees:

1. Viktor Petrov (Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee and Director of the 1st Department of People's Diplomacy of the DPRK ISG, Chairman of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK).
2. Margarita Kuryleva (Executive Secretary of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK).

Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, cordially congratulated the awardees.

He noted that our organization, founded by heroic veterans of the Korean War, was able to preserve and increase its achievements precisely thanks to such honored veterans of the solidarity movement as comrades Petrov and Kuryleva. And he especially emphasized that we will always make primary efforts to ensure that the new generation carefully studies and adopts their experience.
