We express deep condolences and sympathy in your person to the families of those killed and injured in connection with the numerous casualties as a result of a major terrorist attack in the Moscow region.
The barbaric terrorist attack that took the lives of many people causes us great indignation.
We consider the misfortune and grief of the friendly Russian people to be our pain, we share them with you and with all our hearts wish for a speedy overcoming of the consequences of the terrorist attack.
