On November 8, Konstantin Asmolov, Leading Researcher at the ICSA RAS and Member of the Scientific Committee of the DPRK ISG, gave a detailed commentary on the Korean history to the Russian video blogger Stanislav Vasiliev. The scientist spoke about the history of the Korean national liberation movement during the Japanese occupation, the reasons for the division of the Korean Peninsula, and also dwelled in detail on the consequences of the Korean War (1950-1953). In addition, the commentary raised current political topics.
