Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Visits Bier of Hwang Sun Hui

Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, together with his wife Ri Sol Ju, visited the bier of the late anti-Japanese revolutionary veteran Hwang Sun Hui, Deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and Curator of the Korean Revolution Museum, and expressed deep condolences over her death on January 17.

He was accompanied by Vice-Chairmen of the Central Committee of the WPK Pak Pong Ju, Ri Man Gon, Ri Il Hwan, Choe Hwi, Ri Pyong Chol, Pak Thae Dok, Pak Thae Song, Kim Yong Chol and Kim Hyong Jun.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, together with Ri Sol Ju, observed a moment's silence in memory of Hwang Sun Hui who performed distinguished exploits in defending and glorifying the revolutionary traditions of the Party and imbuing the whole society with the spirit of Mt. Paektu and the fighting manner of self-reliance displayed in the battle sites of the anti-Japanese war with boundless loyalty to the leader, spirit of devoted service for the Party and revolution and transparent revolutionary principle.

He looked round the bier of the deceased with bitter grief of having lost a precious revolutionary forerunner who faithfully supported the Party with a single mind.

Comrade Kim Jong Un met bereaved family members of the deceased, expressed his deep sympathy and warmly consoled them.
