Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, member of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, inspected the emergency anti-epidemic headquarters in Pyongyang, South Phyongan Province, North Hwanghae Province and Nampho City.

He learned in details about the anti-epidemic work at the emergency anti-epidemic headquarters in South Phyongan Province, North Hwanghae Province and Nampho City on the spots, and said that all officials should bear in mind that it is an important work concerning on the state's security and people's lives to check the novel coronavirus infection and make full preparations for rapidly coping with it.

He underscored the need to make the full conditions for isolation and medical treatment and provide medicines and conduct inspection and quarantine strictly. He took measures on thoroughly preventing the epidemic.
