With the active participation of the DPRK International Solidarity Group, work on the documentary film “Under the Shadow” was completed, exposing the activities of the anti-communist and Russophobic propagandist Vitaly Mansky.

The invited experts were:

  1. Alexander Mostov (Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG)
  2. Konstantin Asmolov (leading researcher at the Institute of China and Modern Asia, Russian Academy of Sciences)
  3. Kirill Sedukhin (documentary director with experience filming in the DPRK)

Stanislav Vasiliev, Project Director, commented on the release of the revelation as follows:

I rarely comment on the release on boosty, but here I need to speak out. I have seen a lot of scum during my career, but this is the first time I have seen such a caricatured creature, unless Varlamov can compete with him.

Having started out as a pro-government propagandist, Mansky betrayed so often for the sake of fame and hype (well, those for the sake of money) that he turned into an exemplary liberal without an iota of responsibility for his own actions.

  • He filmed Putin’s election campaigns, but 17 years later he re-edited the same material into anti-Putin propaganda and accused Russians of being gullible.
  • He filmed a naive girl, but made her out to be a prostitute and said that in this way he helped her.
  • He filmed in Cuba, but portrayed it as a collapsing country with prostitutes and accused the Cuban authorities of being unwilling (did something happen? lol) to facilitate the filming of the film.
  • He applied for state support for a film about Ukraine, but after being refused, he released Russophobic shit.
  • He filmed in the DPRK and provided a PR campaign for the South Korean president with Russian money (it still didn’t help).

As a result, one thing gives me no peace. Why did the “proud and independent” authorities of Latvia shelter a person who until recently was a “system liberal”, was directly involved in the “successor” operation and actively contributed with his films to strengthening Putin in power? Does money really not smell like that?

Currently, more than 75 thousand people have access to the film through a paid subscription to the boosty service. The subscription costs about $5.
