Dear friends!
On the occasion of Russia's national holiday - Independence Day, let me send you and all employees of your organization warm congratulations and warm greetings on behalf of the Korean-Russian Friendship Society and on my own behalf.

Korean-Russian friendly relations, which have long historical traditions, are now developing along a good path in accordance with the aspirations and aspirations of the peoples of the two countries. In particular, the historic Vladivostok summit of the leaders of the DPRK and the Russian Federation, held in April 2019, served as a significant event that opened a new history of Korean-Russian friendship in accordance with the dictates of the times and the changing international situation.
I am confident that thanks to the close cooperation between us, we will continue to achieve success in the work aimed at strengthening the ties of friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
