On July 3, human rights activists from the United States, who are also activists of the North American Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG, spoke at the UN condemning imperialist policies.

The press conference organized by the Mission of Russia to the UN was attended by comrades Christopher Helali (Human Rights Activist, Member of the Politburo of the PCUSA and Head of the North American Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG), Daniel Kovalik (Lawyer and Teacher at the University of Pittsburgh) and Jackson Hinkle (Journalist), who visited Donbass.

For journalists accredited to the UN from around the world and they answered their numerous questions that related to the humanitarian situation in the region, access to education for children and prospects for resolving the conflict.

Participants in the press conference expressed burning anger at the US imperialists who are fomenting aggressive wars around the world, and called on the international community to give an objective assessment of the events taking place in Ukraine.
