On December 16 and 17, the central state media of the DPRK reported that the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) sent a basket of flowers to the Mansudae Hill.

A basket of flowers was laid at the statues of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. Embroidered on the red fabric with gold thread is the name of the German Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG, which organized the laying through the DPRK Embassy in Berlin.
