On November 24, 109 Juche (2020), the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the DPRK to the Russian Federation, Sin Hong Chol, took part in the ceremony of presenting his credentials to Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

In this regard, on November 25, the chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, Alexander Mostov, sent a congratulatory letter to comrade Shin Hong Chol.
