The DPRK embassy in Moscow hosted a reception on Sept. 5 on the occasion of the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Present there on invitation were the deputy speaker of the State Duma, the director of Asia 1 Department of the Foreign Ministry of Russia, personages of government, political parties, organizations and institutions of Russia and diplomatic envoys of various countries in Russia.

Attending the reception were the charge d' affaires ad interim and members of the DPRK embassy in Moscow.

Speeches were made at the reception.

The reception was also attended by the head of our organization, the chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the celebration of the Day of the Foundation of the Republic, Alexander Mostov and his deputy Georgy Abzianidze.

After the reception, the leaders of the DPRK SG discussed the state of affairs and outlined the prospects for further work.

Comrade Mostov emphasized that, despite difficulties, the members of the Group should make efforts to renew the organization in accordance with the demand of the times and bring it back to the international level.
