The participants of the 2nd International Congress of Solidarity on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Korean War cordially congratulate you and through you the entire Korean people on the anniversary day of victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Having rallied the army and the entire Korean people around him, the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung won a glorious victory in the war against the coalition forces of US imperialism.

The brilliant victory of the Korean people to this day inspires the progressive peoples of the world who have risen to a just struggle.
We will forever remember the heroes of the Korean People's Army, Chinese People's Volunteers and Soviet pilots who gave their priceless lives in the fight against the American aggressors.

We wish you good health and success in the anti-imperialist struggle that continues from century to century. We firmly believe that the mighty DPRK Armed Forces will be a reliable guarantor of peace not only on the Korean Peninsula, but also in the region.

July 112 Juche (2023) marks the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic Liberation War.

70 years ago, the Chinese People's Volunteer Army defeated the US imperialist aggressors together with the Korean People's Army. The Great Fatherland Liberation War is a sacred victory for the peoples of China and Korea for the sake of peace and prosperity.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the victory, please allow me to send you the most enthusiastic congratulations and express high respect to you on behalf of the Chinese Executive Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group! I sincerely wish you good health and prosperity! We firmly believe that under the strong leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, led by you, the heroic Korean people will be able to achieve great achievements in the great cause of socialist construction!

We, the German Executive Committee of the International Solidarity Group with the DPRK, hereby send you and the Korean people our warmest congratulations on National Korean Liberation Day. It has been many decades since the Korean peninsula was liberated from the yoke of Japan's brutal, imperialist colonial rule. Under the glorious leadership of the Eternal President KIM IL SUNG, this freedom was won by thousands of courageous Korean women and men in a fierce partisan struggle. But the peace did not last long. Only 5 years later, US aggressors set out to continue the bloody legacy of Japanese colonialism.

But once again, the brave people of Korea, with their indomitable will to fight, defeated even this seemingly superior enemy and thus preserved their hard-won freedom. The price was high. It not only demanded the best blood of the fighting Korean people, but also led to a division of the country in which the brothers and sisters in the South were henceforth at the mercy of imperialist tyranny and its reactionary accomplices.

We wish you, Esteemed Marshal, and all the Korean people the strength and fortitude to continue to resist this indescribable aggression. May the memory of the anti-Japanese liberation struggle and the spirit of the Great Leader KIM IL SUNG be an eternal shining example and source of this strength.

On behalf of the Belarusian branch of the DPRK International Solidarity Group and its Leader, we would like to congratulate you and all the Korean people on the great holiday - the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953 against US imperialism.

The day of July 27 is truly the greatest event for the people of Korea, because under the wise and strategic leadership of the Great Commander Comrade Kim Il Sung, the Korean People's Army, with the support of the people, defeated the American aggression and instilled reliable faith in self-reliant victory to all the oppressed peoples of the world, who, one after another, embarked on the path of the national liberation struggle against the dominance of capital and its oppression.

The great merit of Comrade Kim Il Sung, Eternal President of the DPRK, in the cause of Victory in the Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953, that having accumulated invaluable combat experience from the time of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, he defeated the hordes of NATO rats, relying on original military tactics and strategy.

The feat of the people's army and all participants in the Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953 against US and NATO imperialism, saved and defended Socialist Korea and its people, will live for centuries together with the prosperous Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

In connection with this great holiday - the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, we wish you, as well as the entire Party, the entire army, and all the working people of Korea, a peaceful sky, speedy unification, good health, happiness and new victories in the development and strengthening of the revolution and the construction of communism .
