Shin Andrey, Leader of the Russian Team of the Humanitarian Brotherhood and Member of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, was awarded the badge of honor “For Courage and Valor” by order of the Minister of Emergency Situations and Disaster Relief of the Lugansk People’s Republic dated February 21, 2023.

Since 2022, the Team has been regularly conducting its humanitarian missions in the LPR, DPR, Kherson, and Zaporozhye regions. Through her efforts, interaction has been established with medical institutions, educational institutions, and volunteer units, which receive targeted assistance.

Previously, Comrade Shin repeatedly traveled to the area of the “Special Military Operation in Ukraine” and provided all possible assistance to Russian soldiers.
