Today, your country, realizing the aspirations of Kim Il Sung, President of the DPRK, and Kim Jong Il, Chairman of the National Defense Comission of the DPRK, has become a beacon of hope for all progressive humanity who want to fight for peace and independence against the hegemony of the imperialists. We are deeply convinced that, apart from your wise leadership, it is impossible to imagine the current majestic position of the people's Korea, which has true sovereignty and the ability to defend its socialist system.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support of the Special Military Operation for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, which is a measure of self-defense against the growing threat from US imperialism, and express our sincere confidence that in the new era of wealth and prosperity that the Workers' Party of Korea is ushering in with scientific achievements and the “20x10 periphery development policy”, your country will demonstrate all the advantages of the Juche socialist economy.
