On September 7, at the invitation of Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, the founder of the "JoJack" movement attended a gala event at the DPRK Embassy with the aim of establishing official relations. The Leader of our organization, together with Alexander Kiyashchenko (member of the Central Committee of the "JoJack" movement), Li Jizheng (Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG) and Margarita Silakova (artist of the Russian Executive Committee) respectfully laid flowers to a work of art depicting the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. The members of the delegation were greeted with a handshake by Shin Hong Chol, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK to the Russian Federation, Jin Jong Hyeop, Minister Plenipotentiary, Advisor to the Ambassador of the DPRK to the Russian Federation, Kim Yong Jin, Major General of the KPA, Ju Kyong Su, First Secretary of the DPRK Embassy and other relevant employees. Activists of the Solidarity Group examined the red corner of historical and revolutionary glory, the plan of the historical visit of the Kim Il Sung, Eternal President of the DPRK, in 73 (1984) and 75 (1986) and the Embassy library. While viewing the updated photo exhibition, Comrade Mostov told those present about the history of Korean-Russian relations and the latest scientific and technological achievements of Korea, emphasizing that today the invincible Republic is vigorously moving forward at a new stage of socialist construction under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the DPRK. The official part of the reception began. Speeches were made by Shin Hong Chol (DPRK Ambassador), Mikhail Bogdanov (Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation), and Alexander Fomin (Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation). Chairman Mostov introduced Alexander Kiyashchenko to Ri Gwan Hyuk, Counselor of the DPRK Embassy in the Russian Federation. The parties specifically discussed key issues related to the diplomatic recognition of the "JoJack" movement, as well as various ways to provide practical assistance to Korea in the event of natural disasters or the need to hold protests against US aggression and the South Korean puppet regime. The founder of the movement emphasized that, according to the recently adopted charter, the "JoJack" are guided in their activities by the principles of “self-reliance,” that is, they are supporters of the Juche ideas and ideological friends of the Korean people. A decision was made on the spot to establish strong ties with the DPRK Embassy and the Socialist Union of Patriotic Youth, further steps to develop friendly relations were approved and a commemorative photograph was taken. Discussed plans to find premises for humanitarian work with Viktor Petrov, Chairman of the Russian Society for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, representative of the DPRK ISG in Russia. Important issues related to the activities of the Chinese Executive Committee of our organization were also discussed.
Then Comrade Kiyashchenko signed an Agreement on Friendship and Cooperation between the DPRK ISG and the "JoJack" movement, which regulates the conditions and principles of further work. In particular, the parties undertake to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG and the Central Committee of the "JoJack" movement on a good faith basis, to jointly fight against anti-communist propaganda, fakes and all kinds of disinformation about the DPRK, to support mutual initiatives aimed at supporting the Korean people in the struggle with US imperialism, inform each other about actions, events and other actions of mutual interest, and jointly prevent the dissemination of false information about the activities of the DPRK ISG the "JoJack" movement.
