Согласно решению Комитета руководителей МГС КНДР от 29 марта, 8 апреля начал работу Подготовительный комитет по случаю Дня Солнца.

Председателем Подготовительного комитета единогласно избран товарищ Александр Мостов.

По поручению председателя Мостова в состав подготовительного из китайского исполкома вошли товарищи Ли Цзичжэн, Ци Пэнфэй, Ваньлима Шидай и Луань Синьлун, а из российского исполкома - товарищи Никита Добров, Фёдор Сагайда, Данила Морозов и Владислав Карлов.
