On November 17, Han Jong Chol, Executive Secretary of the Korean-Russian Friendship Society, sent a letter to Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.

Dear Alexander Andreevich, good afternoon!
I hope that you and all the employees of the DPRK ISG are in good health.
How quickly time flies! As if yesterday we met the year 2021, but the year is already coming to an end.
I would like to note that this year, under your leadership, the DPRK ISG has been actively working to strengthen friendship and solidarity with our people.
In particular, on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of the historic visit to Russia of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, you sent him a congratulatory telegram and held a solemn meeting on the Internet.
Also on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the DPRK, you organized a preparatory committee also on the Internet and held an event of congratulations, feed, and this you posted on your website a lot of news, including the energetic revolutionary activities of Comrade Kim Jong Un and the great successes of our people in building socialism.
We are sincerely grateful to you for all this and we hope that with close contact with you, we will achieve good success in our common work to strengthen friendship and solidarity between the peoples of the two countries in the future.
