The 10th Congress of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League was opened in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, on April 27.

조선로동당 제8차대회 결정관철을 위한 전인민적총진군에서 조선청년의 슬기와 기상을 힘있게 떨쳐갈 수백만 청년전위들의 혁명열의와 투쟁기세가 비상히 고조되고있는 속에 김일성-김정일주의청년동맹 제10차대회가 4월 27일 수도 평양에서 개막되였다.

The 6th Conference of Cell Secretaries of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) was opened in the capital city of Pyongyang on April 6 amid the great interest and expectation of all Party members and people all out in implementing new strategic line and struggle policy of the socialist construction set forth at the 8th Congress of the WPK and the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee.
